NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-29 of Signe Nielsen in accordance with Lake County Code to allow construction of a fence that exceeds the maximum allowable height of four feet when located in the front yard located at 2954 Stubbs Street., Lakeport, APN 028-092-04.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., February 26, 2014 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for a public hearing be filed, one will be held on March 5, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd floor of the Courthouse.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-27 of David Dubnow in accordance with Lake County Code to allow sales of food from a self-contained food trailer on property located at 21159 and 21163 Calistoga St., Middletown, APN 024-382-01 and 024-382-02.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PM 13-01 proposing to subdivide an existing approximately two acre parcel into two lots. Parcel A would be .48 acres net, while Parcel B would be 0.88 acres net.  

The project is located at 8805 Paradise Beach Drive, Glenhaven CA, APN 060-350-23.

The project applicant is Wayne Chatoff.  

The Planning Commission will consider the mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study IS 13-13. The mitigated negative declaration will be available 21 days before the hearing and the staff report will be available ten days before the hearing at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.
