NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 14-01 of Perry Clark in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a collector’s permit for the construction of a 1,800 square foot barn structure and to permit an existing 552 square foot ramada and 620 square foot barn structure currently located at 22800 Morgan Valley Road, Lower Lake, APN 012-069-30.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT if no written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., May 21, 2014 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on May 28, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, has set TUESDAY, MAY 13, 2014, at 10:00 A.M., in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, as the time and place for conducting a PUBLIC HEARING of a proposed ordinance establishing fees for the Auditor-Controller/County Clerk’s Office. Certified copies of the proposed ordinance are available at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 255 North Forbes Street, Room 109, Lakeport, CA 95453.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said time and place any interested person may appear and be heard.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on major use permit application UP 14-02 to allow for the construction of a 50 foot wireless communication facility and associated ground equipment. The project applicant is Verizon Wireless.
The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 14-05.
The project is located at 2589 Indian Hill Road, Clearlake Oaks, APN 062-581-08.
The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
