AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MINOR USE PERMIT (MUP 18-31) on Thursday April 11, 2019, 9:10 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Applicant: Clear Conscience Farms LLC. Owner: Suzanne Douse.

Proposed Project: one M-Type 2 (outdoor) Commercial Cannabis Cultivation license to allow 9,000 square feet of canopy area within 18,000 square feet of cultivation area. Adoption of a categorical exemption is being considered.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a Grading Permit (GR18-026) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., March 27, 2019 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on April 3, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
