BY THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MINOR USE PERMIT (MUP 18-27) on Thursday May 23, 2019, 9:25 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Applicant: Zack Riley. Owner: Richard Lewis.

Proposed Project: Commercial Cannabis Cultivation license, A-Type 2 Small Outdoor, to allow 9,408 square feet of canopy area inside an 18,228 s.f. cultivation area.
