NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Commission of First 5 Lake County, State of California, will hold a public hearing to take testimony and accept comments on First 5 Lake County Commission’s 2019-2024 Strategic Plan and following the Public Hearing, the Commission shall conditionally accept all items as presented.

All documents to be presented at the public hearing can be found on the Commission’s website at www.firstfivelake.org and copies will be made available at the First 5 Lake Commission meeting to be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the Department of Social Services, 15975 Anderson Ranch Parkway, Lower Lake, California, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 19-17) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., June 26, 2019 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on July 3, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

Applicant/Owner: DAVID LINDENMUTH.

Proposed Project: Pursuant to the County of Lake Zoning Ordinance section 27.11 (ak) and 50.4(a), approval of a collector’s permit to allow the accessory space to exceed the living space by approximately 724 square feet.

A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MINOR USE PERMIT (MUP 18-56) on Thursday June 27, 2019, 9:25 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Applicant/Owner: NESTA FARMS, MATSUKI PERKINS.

Proposed Project: (1) A-Type 2 (small outdoor) commercial cannabis license containing 8,765 square feet of cultivation area, and (1) A-Type 2B (mixed light) with 12,000 square feet of cultivation area enclosed within 7 greenhouses.
