NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Modification (MMU 18-05) of Minor Use Permit (MUP 06-14) and Categorical Exemption (CE 19-50) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., September 18, 2019 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on September 25, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
Applicant: Bradley Terrill.
Owner: Lee Schmidt.
Proposed Project: To allow a small winery with annual production of a maximum of 5,000 cases, tasting room, and incidental retail sales, a microbrewery, a restaurant, a four unit bed and breakfast, up to three (3) annual non-profit special events, and up to twenty-four (24) annual special events accessory to the winery.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE LAKEPORT CITY COUNCIL will hold a Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers at 225 Park Street, Lakeport, California on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at 6:00 p.m., on a resolution that is summarized as follows:
A Resolution of the City council of the City of Lakeport Establishing an underground utility district along Eleventh Street and north Main Street in accordance with chapter 13.16 OF TITLE 13 OF THE LAKEPORT MUNICIPAL CODE
Copies of the proposed resolution, project area map and supplemental materials are available for inspection at Lakeport City Hall, with the Community Development Department. Questions or comments may be made in writing and directed to the Community Development Director at 225 Park Street, Lakeport, CA 95453.
In accordance with Government Code section 65009, if you challenge the action of the City Council in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues that were raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council at, or prior to, the public hearing.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a Grading Permit (GR19-569) and Initial Study (IS19-28) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., September 4, 2019 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
