NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT REVIEW HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Development Review Committee of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a Development Review Permit (DR 18-09) at a public hearing which will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd floor of the Courthouse.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a Grading Permit (GR19-585) and Initial Study (IS19-29) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., September 18, 2019 to the Community Development Department, 255 N.
