NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT
A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
BY THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 18-29) on Thursday August 8, 2019, 9:35 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
Applicant / Owner: Alex Beck.
Proposed Project: Commercial Cannabis Cultivation licenses consisting of (1) A-Type 3B (Medium Mixed Light), (1) A-Type 2B (Small Mixed Light), and (1) A-Type 1C (Specialty Cottage), to allow 69,120 s.f. of cultivation area and 37,000 s.f. of canopy.
Location: 13306 Elk Mountain Road, Upper Lake, CA; APNs: 002-023-90 and 002-023-93.
Environmental Evaluation: Class 4 Categorical Exemption CE 19-48.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a Minor Use Permit (MUP19-13) and Initial Study (IS19-18) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., July 31, 2019 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on August 7, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Use Permit Extension (UPX19-01) and Categorical Exemption (CE19-37) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., July 31, 2019 to the Community Development Department, 255 N.
