NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT
A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 18-46), INITIAL STUDY (IS 18-69) and DESIGN REVIEW (DR 18-10) on Thursday July 11, 2019, 9:35 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
Applicant / Owner: SHANNON WINE COMPANY LLC.
Proposed Project: Major Use Permit to allow a 15,694 addition to an existing winery building to establish a large wine and tasting room with 225,000 cases annual production.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 19-12) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., July 3, 2019 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held July 10, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

Proposed Project: Pursuant to the County of Lake Zoning Ordinance section 42.11 (a) and 50.4(a), approval of a minor use permit to allow an over-height (6 ft) fence in the front setback.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 18-55) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., July 3, 2019 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
