NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 18-41) on Thursday June 27, 2019, 9:15 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Applicant: JACOB DAVIS.

Owner: JERRY BARNETT.

Proposed Project: (1) A-Type 3B (mixed light) commercial cannabis license to allow 24,000 s.f. of . cultivation area that includes 7 (30’ x 100’) greenhouses and a 4,000 s.f. drying and packaging building.
