NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY
THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Zoning Permit (ZP 19-24) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., June 5, 2019 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on June 12, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
Applicant and Owner: Pascal Hue.
Proposed Project: Pursuant to the County of Lake Zoning Ordinance section 27.3(v)6 approval of a zoning permit to allow a proposed drive-thru coffee shop to begin hours of operation at 6:00 AM instead of 8:00 am.
