NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a Grading Permit (GR 18-001), Minor Use Permit (MUP18-01), and Initial Study (IS18-02) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 p.m., May 22, 2019 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
Should a timely request for a hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., in Conference Room C, 3rd floor of the Courthouse.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a Grading Permit (GR18-028) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., May 8, 2019, to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on May 15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

BY THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider a Lakebed Encroachment Permit on Thursday May 9, 2019 at 9:05 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.

Proposed Project: Rebuild existing dock with a five-foot extension.
