NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a Grading Permit (GR 18-001), Minor Use Permit (MUP18-01), and Initial Study (IS18-02) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 p.m., May 22, 2019 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.

Should a timely request for a hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., in Conference Room C, 3rd floor of the Courthouse.

Project: Extract gravel from Middle Creek to alleviate gravel and sediment accumulation.
