NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 19-02) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., March 27, 2019 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on April 3, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
Applicant: WILL PETERSON.
Project: Allow construction of a 2,400 square foot accessory structure for an agricultural service establishment (well drilling business), with an on-site office.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 18-38) on Thursday March 28, 2019, 9:40 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
