NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 18-40) on Thursday March 28, 2019, 9:15 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Proposed Project: two Commercial Cannabis Cultivation licenses, (1) A-Type 3B (mixed light) and (1) A-Type 1C (Specialty Cottage, indoor) to allow 23,040 square feet of canopy area within 34,080 square feet of cultivation area.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use Permit (MUP 19-02) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., March 20, 2019 to the Community Development Department, 255 N.
