NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
AND A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY
THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Modification (MMU 18-11) to Major Use Permit (UP 99-10) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., February 27, 2019 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on March 6, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.
Applicant/Owner: Sutter West Bay Hospitals.
Proposed Project: To allow installation of 13 carport structures, mounted with ±44,500 square feet of solar panel structures.
Location: 5164 & 5176 Hill Road East, Lakeport. APN: 029-041-26 & 27.
