A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
AND NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MINOR USE PERMIT (MUP 19-08), on Thursday April 25, 2019, 9:20 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

Applicant: Lawrence Johnson, Halakona Inc. Owner: Lawrence Johnson.

Proposed Project: Modification to Minor Use Permit, MUP 18-09 to allow a commercial cannabis self-distribution license and expand to 2,304 square feet of canopy area and 3,769 square feet of cultivation area.

Adoption of a categorical exemption, CE 19-13, is being considered.
