High Valley Ridge LLC: Grading permit for clearing land to install vineyard blocks

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving a Grading Permit (GR18-026) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., March 27, 2019 to the Community Development Department, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on April 3, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

Applicant: HIGH VALLEY RIDGE, LLC.

Project: To clear approximately 107 acres of native vegetation to install vineyard blocks.

Location: 8680 and 8830 State Highway 20, Glenhaven. APNs: 060-350-27, 060-350-28.

Project documents are available for review. If you challenge the action of the Zoning Administrator on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Zoning Administrator at, or prior to, the public hearing.
