NOTICE OF:
LAND USE APPLICATION PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Lakeport, State of California, will hold a public hearing for the remodel and façade change for 1125 North Main Street. The project applicants are Jonathan Bridges, Bridges Construction.
The Planning Commission will consider approval of: Architectural & Design Review (AR 19-06), for the reconstruction of a fire damaged existing 14-unit multi-family building (Bel Aire Apartments) which includes changing the roof pitch, façade and color.
The project is located at 1125 North Main Street, Lakeport, and further described as APN 026-244-03.
The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Categorical Exemption (CE 19-12) per the California Environmental Quality Act.
The proposed application and plans are available for review at City Hall, 225 Park Street, Lakeport, California. This project was previously considered by the Planning Commission on August 14, 2019.
The public hearing will be held Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at 5:30 PM in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 225 Park Street, Lakeport, California.
If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Lakeport Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
