12:31 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at 19th Street and Mellor Drive. Parking citation.


12:41 a.m. – Traffic stop. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at N. Forbes and 11th street; 2006 BMW four-door. Moving violation citation.


8:04 a.m. – Suspicious person. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Lake County Office of Education. Male sleeping in the area. Gone on arrival.


8:53 a.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Officer Jim Bell responded to Marine Corps Recruiting Station, S. Main Street, regarding a a noninjury traffic collision that occurred earlier this morning at 14th and N. High streets. Report taken.


12:10 p.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Lakeport Corp Yard. General services rendered.


12:38 p.m. – Follow up. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Martin Street. Report taken.


3:13 p.m. – Music Disturbance. Officer Jim Bell responded to report of loud music from parked vehicles at the baseball field at Martin Street and S. Russell. General services rendered.


4:29 p.m. – Shoplifter. Kmart, S. Main Street. Arrest made.


5:04 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Mendo Lake Credit Union, 11th Street, reported primer black Ford Bronco has been in parking lot for several weeks. General services rendered.


9:04 p.m. – Family disturbance. Officer Norm Taylor, Deputy Richard Lamm, Officer Destry Henderson and Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to report from caller that his ex-wife was reporting that their son, 18 years old, was punching holes in walls. Caller said he has been violent with the mother today. Report taken.


11:32 p.m. – Follow up. Deputy Richard Lamm and Office Destry Henderson initiated activity at Hill Road Correctional Facility, Helbush Drive. General services rendered.

12:49 a.m. – Foot patrol. Officer Richard Santor initiated activity at Clear Lake High School, Lange Street. School and middle school trying to locate two. Gone on arrival.


2:29 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at First and N. Forbes streets. General services rendered.


2:36 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at N. Main and Second streets. Citizen reported broken glass. General services rendered.


2:42 a.m. – Security check. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at N. Main Street. Report taken.


9:25 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to resident on Fairview Way who reports ongoing barking dog complaint. General services rendered.


10:50 a.m. – Follow up at Traditions, N. Main Street. Owner would like an office to contact her regarding the incident this morning. General services rendered.


2:04 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Clear Lake High School, Lange Street. Warning.


4:09 p.m. – Alarm. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at Vision of Avatar, Soda Bay Road. Outside agency assist, still sounding; perimeter secure.


4:52 p.m. – Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to Ashe Street and Lakeshore Boulevard on medium-sized dog, running loose with rope tied to it. Does not appear aggressive. Gone on arrival.


5:35 p.m. – Follow up. Officer Richard Santor and Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at Sixth and N. High streets. Looking for a subject. Arrest made.


6:45 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer-initiated activity at S. Main and Armstrong streets. General services rendered.


8:37 p.m. – Traffic stop. Deputy Mauricio Barreto, Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Rotten Robbie’s Gas, S. Main Street. Warning.


8:57 p.m. – Traffic stop. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Bruno’s Foods, Lakeport Boulevard. Moving violation citation.

 

9:35 p.m. – Suspicious person. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson responded to caller at Plaza Paints, S. Main Street, who reports seeing two people in the bushes above Plaza Paints. Gone on arrival.


10:08 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at K Mart, S. Main Street. Warning.

7:40 a.m. – Suspicious person. Officer Jim Bell responded to Westamerica Bank, S. Main Street, on a report of a Hispanic male sitting on the front stairs. Caller is uncomfortable asking him to leave. General services rendered.


11:16 a.m. – Civil complaint. Officer Jim Bell responded to Quail Run Fitness Center, Craig Avenue for a standby to pick up child. Subject has custody paperwork. General services rendered.


12:06 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jim Bell responds to report of ice chest and drinks in the roadway at Renee’s Café, N. Main Street. General services rendered.


1:48 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jim Bell responded to Safeway, 11th Street, on report of a white male has been drinking beer on side of store. General services rendered.


2:05 p.m. – Family disturbance. Officer Jim Bell responded to report that caller's ex-boyfriend pulled her by the arm at Library Park, Park Street. General services rendered.


4:05 p.m. – Theft up to $400. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to Disney Water Sports, S. Main Street, on report of kayaks stolen from Willow Point Resort, First Street. Report taken.


4:41 p.m. – Lake County Chamber of Commerce, Lakeport Boulevard, reported light blue Buick Skylark parked in handicap space without a placard. General services rendered.


6:11 p.m. – Contempt of court. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to Westside Park, Westside Park Drive, on report of a subject in violation of a restraining order by being at the soccer field behind Kathy Fowler Chevrolet while caller is there. Report taken.


9:24 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Norm Taylor responds to report of an unknown male who went up to abandoned house on Fifth Street, and checked the door. When the caller confronted him, he made a smart aleck remark and took off on foot, westbound from Tunis. Gone on arrival.


11:08 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at S. Highway 29 and Ackley Road. Warning.

9:36 a.m. – Follow up. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Lakeport Camper & Truck, Fifth Street. General services rendered.


10:58 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jim Bell responds to caller who reported theft of his vehicle at Quail Run Fitness, Craig Avenue. Said the vehicle was being purchased through private person; they had one payment to make, due Sept. 15 and the subject came and repossessed the vehicle and has disappeared. Civil assist.


11:43 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Bevins Street and Martin Street. Anonymous male reports a barricade at top intersection that has been there for over a week, possibly a left over from the fair traffic control. Caller states it makes turning difficult and would like moved or removed. General services rendered.


12:16 p.m. – Arson, Jimmy’s Deli. Report taken.


12:21 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at 11th and N. Forbes streets. Warning.


12:25 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at 11th Street and Central Park Avenue. Moving violation citation.


12:31 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Scotts Valley Road and S. Highway 29. Moving violation citation.


12:47 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer-initiated activity at 11th and N. Main streets. Moving violation citation.


1:05 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at 11th and N. Main streets. Warning.


1:11 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jim Bell responded to Child Support Services, N. Main Street, on report of a subject who was in the office throwing chairs around. Subject no longer on scene. General services rendered.

1:15 p.m. – Civil complaint. Officer Jim Bell responded to resident on South High Street who reported possible theft of lawn furniture. Her ex-sister-in-law stole part of her outdoor furniture that was given to her by her ex-brother-in-law. Civil assist.

1:30 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at 11th and N. High streets. Moving violation citation.

2:44 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street, on report of subjects in the parking lot trying to sell a tortoise. Caller believes it may be stolen associated with off white small hatchback. General services rendered.


2:51 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at S. Main Street and Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.

3:34 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Jim Bell responded to the Lake County Courthouse, N. Forbes Street. Security was informed that there was a large bag that was left unattended across from the courthouse on the right hand side on the back side of the museum. Gone on arrival.


4:29 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Second and N. Starr streets. Parking citation.


6:44 p.m. – Traffic stop. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Clear Lake Avenue and Via del Lago. Warning.


8:07 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer-initiated activity at Lakeshore Boulevard and Green Street. Moving violation citation.


8:10 p.m. – Be on the lookout. Anonymous male reported late model silver Sentra left the Full Throttle Bar, S. Main Street, a few ago, occupied by at least two, that appeared to be very intoxicated. Gone on arrival.
