1:47 a.m. – Family disturbance. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Richard Santor responded to reports of male and female heard yelling on N. Russell Street. The caller believes the man is hitting the woman as she is screaming. Warning given.

8:45 a.m. – Assault aggravated. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to caller on First Street saying her neighbor assaulted her in the face 20 minutes ago. She requests medical for facial injury, and says the suspect is now at work at Kmart. Report taken.

10:57 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Caller on 11th Street reports a “Rivero for sheriff” sign on top of his building against his permission. He received a call for one of his renters, asking if it was all right, but he told them no, and now the sign is up, he is out of the county and he requests the removal of the sign. Civil assist.

Deputy Sarah Hardisty and Deputy Jose Zepeda received report from California Highway Patrol, which received a call, heard a female say, “It's OK, pull through and stay strong,” and then line disconnected. 12:13 a.m. – Welfare check. Officer Richard Santor responded to woman's request for a welfare check on her nephew on Armstrong Street. Her two sons came home and told her that he was smoking marijuana; she called the other aunt who is guardian and she just yelled at the caller that she was not at home and couldn’t do anything about it. Gone on arrival.

9:39 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to report of a vehicle parked in the red zone in front of a fire hydrant at Clear Lake High School, Lange Street. Gone on arrival.
10:20 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to report of van blocking the driveway to Westside Park, Westside Park Drive. Vehicle is unoccupied; caller is leaving the area, just would like them checked out. There is also someone selling items at the soccer games without a license. Warning.
11:08 a.m. – Theft up to $400. Extreme language barrier, lost wallet, possibly occurred six weeks ago at Safeway, 11th Street. Report taken.

Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson responded to Sutter Lakeside Hospital, Hill Road, on report of a subject in the emergency room, stabbed in the back in incident in Library Park, Park Street. Non-English speaking person dropped off at emergency room by stranger. Report taken.

Main Street, which is reporting a client is inside the residence on Martin Street, flipping lit cigarettes in order to try to blow house and caller up; was physical with caller earlier, denying medical, oxygen tanks in the residence. 7:47 p.m. – Shoplifter. Kmart, S. Main Street, reported security is holding 14-year-old juvenile in custody for shoplifting. Father is with child. Arrest made.

Caller heard a noise that made her think may have been physical at one point. Ongoing problem; female is pregnant and two other juveniles live in the home. Arrest made.
