12:54 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officers Dale Stoebe and Richard Santor initiated activity at N. Main Street and Second streets. Warning given.


1:47 a.m. – Family disturbance. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Richard Santor responded to reports of male and female heard yelling on N. Russell Street. The caller believes the man is hitting the woman as she is screaming. Warning given.


5:20 a.m. – Outside agency assist. Officer Richard Santor initiated activity at Palm Drive. Outside agency assist.


8:45 a.m. – Assault aggravated. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to caller on First Street saying her neighbor assaulted her in the face 20 minutes ago. She requests medical for facial injury, and says the suspect is now at work at Kmart. Report taken.


9:22 a.m. – Follow up. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Kmart, S. Main Street. Report taken.


10:43 a.m. – Follow up. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at First Street. General services rendered.


10:58 a.m. – Penal code/other offenses. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Lakeport Police Department, N. Forbes Street. General services rendered.


12:52 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to road block at 11th and N. Forbes streets. General services rendered.


12:53 p.m. – Follow up. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Forbes Apartments, S. Forbes Street. General services rendered.


1:34 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at the Chevron Station, S. Main Street. General services rendered.


2:09 p.m. – Traffic stop. Deputies William Djernes and Chris Rivera initiated activity at S. State Highway 29 and Lakeport Boulevard regarding a reckless driver. Report taken.


4:43 p.m. – 911 hang up. Officer Destry Henderson, Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Deputy William Djernes responded. Dispatch could hear family members talking in background about chocolate cake; line busy on attempted call back. General services rendered.


6:13 p.m. – Residential burglary. According to caller, burglary occurred in last month on Berry Street. Caller has possible suspect information. Report taken.


6:58 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Destry Henderson responded to report of loud music on Lupoyoma Heights Road. General services rendered.


7:34 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at N. Main and Sixth streets. Warning given.


8 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Kmart, S. Main Street. Warning given.


8:14 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Bruno’s Foods, Lakeport Boulevard. Warning given.


8:19 p.m. – Follow up. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Bruno’s Foods, Lakeport Boulevard. General services rendered.


9:12 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Officer Destry Henderson and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to call of large group of underage kids drinking near Library Park, Park Street. Caller reported one of them was throwing up. Arrest made.


10:23 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Bevins Street and Bevins Court. Warning given.


10:57 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Caller on 11th Street reports a “Rivero for sheriff” sign on top of his building against his permission. He received a call for one of his renters, asking if it was all right, but he told them no, and now the sign is up, he is out of the county and he requests the removal of the sign. Civil assist.
