11:25 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer Jim Bell and Lt. Brad Rasmussen responded to subject with n helmet, white tank top, board shorts, Sixth and Spurr streets. Report taken.
12:35 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Officer Jim Bell responded to Clear Lake High School on report of a subject locked in assistant principal’s office after trying to assault another student. Report taken.
1:38 p.m. – Shoplifter. Officer Jim Bell responded to Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street, on report of a shoplifter in office who is being uncooperative. Subject refused to provide information to manager, per caller. The subject then made a fist, but wasn’t physical. Report taken.
3:46 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Officer Jim Bell responded to Northlake Medical Pharmacy, Lakeport Boulevard, to a caller who said a juvenile told her she ran away from Clearlake. Juvenile won’t give any further information. General services rendered.

8:58 p.m. – Threats. Officer Norm Taylor responds to report of a 14-year-old threatening caller's daughter online. Caller has the online threat to show the officer. Occurred on Esplanade Street. Report taken.
