12:06 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Sgt. Jason Ferguson and Officer Norm Taylor responded to caller who reported a male subject sitting in his vehicle, hanging out the car door vomiting at Fourth and N. Main streets. Arrest made.


12:36 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Norm Taylor and Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Esplanade Street and Helena Avenue. Arrest made.


1:59 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Caller says vandalism occurred to his card in the last three hours on N. Main and Second streets. Report taken.


6:48 a.m. – Foot patrol. Deputy Debra Isberg initiated activity at Library Park, Park Street. General services rendered.


7:29 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Toddler found wandering around in the street on Camden Avenue. General services rendered.


9:17 a.m. – Contempt of Court. Lake County Courthouse, N. Forbes Street. Subject is in the Court Clerk’s Office, in violation of temporary restraining order. Report taken.


10:36 a.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to collision on S. Main Street and Lakeport Boulevard. General services rendered.


1:31 p.m. – Follow up. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Clear Lake High School, Lange Street. General services rendered.


3:15 p.m. – Contempt of court. Sgt. Jason Ferguson took report for subject who violated restraining order earlier at Lakeside Lanes, Lakeport Boulevard.


3:47 p.m. – Follow up. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Scarlett O’Haira’s Beauty Salon, Lakeport Boulevard. Report taken.


7:36 p.m. – Found property. Sgt. Jason Ferguson took report for binoculars found in Library Park, Park Street.


8:33 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Richard Santor responded to report of lots of people walking around in the area of First and S. Tunis streets, stopping, going in and out of the houses. Possible drug activity. Caller is requesting area check. Gone on arrival.

12:40 a.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Kevin Odom and Officer Richard Santor initiated activity at Kmart. Arrest made.


9:42 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Lakeport Police Department, N. Forbes Street. General services rendered.


3:43 p.m. – Welfare check. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson responed to calelr who advised there are people following her; advises there was a “tweaker” in the field yelling at her and an unknown that pulled into the complex on Bevins. She does not see these things; hears only. General services rendered.


6:39 p.m. – Contempt of court. Mother of children did not show up to pick up the children for court-ordered visitation. Lake County Sheriff’s Department. Report taken.


19:02 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson responded to report from a customer who went into Chevron Station, S. Main Street. There was no one working in the store; she even went into the back room and couldn’t find anyone cooking; felt it was strange because the store was open. General services rendered.


7:15 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson responded to Crawford and Fourth streets, ongoing issues with a barking dog. Subject is retired. Warning.


9:01 p.m. – Theft up to $400. Caller on 20th Street reports people were stealing cans out of her front yard; subject left in a dark gray four-door car; three males in the car. Report taken.


9:14 p.m. – Extra patrol. Anonymous female on South Tunis believes there is marijuana activity occurring at the residence right now, has been seeing lots of cars and requests extra patrol. General services rendered.


11:13 p.m. – Suspicious person. Officer Richard Santor, Deputy Christopher Fisher and Deputy Mauricio Barreto responded to secondhand information about a female who knocked on one of the guest doors at Rainbow Lodge, Lakeshore Boulevard, and said she was feeling suicidal. No description; she was hanging out in front of the lodge the last they saw her. Report taken.

9:18 a.m. – Petty theft. Officer Jarvis Leishman took report for theft of money reported from Record-Bee, S. Main Street. No suspect info.


12:40 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Deputy Nick Moranda and Deputy Debra Isberg initiated activity at Second and Starr streets. General services rendered.


2:54 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Deputy Jarvis Leishman and Det. Louis Riccardi initiated activity at Library Park, Park Street, near the Fifth Street boat ramp. Warning.


3:00 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to collision behind Redwood Coast Regional Center, Third Street. General services rendered.


3:17 p.m. – Fire/traffic accident, Saratoga Springs. General services rendered.


4:30 p.m. – Alarm, Tower Mart, Lakeshore Boulevard. Hold up alarm. Report taken.


4:51 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Tower Mart, Lakeshore Boulevard. Report taken.


5:14 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson responded to resident on Forest Drive who reports juveniles throwing items at passing vehicles in front of her house. Two males, ages 10-12; ongoing issue. Warning.


10:07 p.m. – Fire/public assist. Hot water flowing into apartment on N. Forbes Street. Plumber called and someone en route from Lower Lake. General services rendered.


10:37 p.m. – Welfare check. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson took report from Antioch resident who received a call from a subject who was crying and very upset but doesn’t know if it is hers or someone else. Male came on phone and was asking questions and then disconnected. Report taken.

12:34 a.m. – Wireless 911 hang up. TJ's Bar and Grill, S. Main Street. Nothing heard; voice mail on call back. General services rendered.


2:43 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Richard Santor responded to Safeway, 11th Street, on report of two white male associated with a blue Chrysler LeBaron out on the parking lot. They keep walking to all the doors of the business, one of them was asking for money, now parked by Perko’s. Gone on arrival.


5:25 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Richard Santor, Deputy Jose Zepeda, Sgt. Corey Paulich, Deputy Gary Frace, Officer Richard Santor and Deputy Chris Rivera initiated activity at Country Club Drive and 10th Avenue for a gray Mazda, paper plates, report taken.


8:20 a.m. – Fire/smoke check, S. Highway 29 and Whalen Street. Anonymous male reported he saw a lot of smoke near the area north of Juvenile Hall on the east side of the highway. General services rendered.


9:45 a.m. – Be on the lookout. California Highway Patrol reports reckless driver, southbound at Highway 29 and 11th Street. Gone on arrival.


12:00 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Lakeport Police Department, N. Forbes Street. General services rendered.


12:56 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Lakeport Boulevard and Bevins Street. Parking citation.


1:57 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Lakeshore Boulevard and Ashe Street; 99 Chevrolet. Warning.


2:22 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Martin and S. Polk streets. Warning.


2:52 p.m. – Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to report of injured goose at TnT on the Lake, First Street. Looks like its been impaled on a stick; not a stick; it is the goose’s wing; spoke to Fish and Game who said it was fine and to leave it alone. General services rendered.


2:54 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Giselman Street and Sayre Street. Gold Acura ran the stop sign and was speeding. General services rendered.


3:47 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Deputy Richard Lamm, Officer Destry Henderson and Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to Safeway, 11th Street, on report of a male panhandling outside. Became verbal when employees asked him to leave. Gone on arrival.


4:04 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson responded to report from Lakeport Fire Department regarding two vehicles parked in front of the gate to the football field at Clear Lake High School, Lange Street. Possibly blocking access for emergency vehicles. Parking citation.


4:14 p.m. – K Mart, S. Main Street. Suspect is in custody. Arrest made.


4:36 p.m. – Music disturbance. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report of loud music at Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street. Gone on arrival.


5:19 p.m. – California Highway Patrol assist. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at N. Main and Fifth streets. Outside agency assist.


6:43 p.m. – Contempt of court. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson responded to call from woman who said her mother has a restraining order against a black male with dreadlocks sitting in a black Ford sedan at Library Park, Park Street. Caller believes she is on the order as a protected person. Report taken.


7:49 p.m. – Public disturbance. Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street. Two male subjects fighting in front of the bar; no weapons seen. Gone on arrival.


7:49 p.m. – Follow up. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Library Park, Park Street. Report taken.


8:22 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson responded to 911 caller on N. High Street and Clear Lake Avenue who reported seeing a red newer Honda type vehicle racing around the corner and what sounded like a female in the passenger or back seat yelling and possibly trying to honk the horn to get someone’s attention. Gone on arrival.


9:13 p.m. – Public disturbance. Deputy Richard Ward and Deputy Jacob Steely responded to report from a 911 caller at Konocti Vista Casino, Mission Rancheria Road, regarding a physical altercation between two females on the sidewalk to the casino. Arrest made.


9:26 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson responded to caller on 20th Street who reported her car broke down in the middle of the street and they need cones to be placed. Citizens assist.


10:14 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Destry Henderson responded to Lakeside Lanes, Lakeport Boulevard, where an employee reports the vehicle Lakeport Police Department has been seeking, a black car doing donuts, is parked in the parking lot next to a silver neon. Gone on arrival.
