CHP reports female driving near Strohmeier’s, Soda Bay Road and State Highway 175, when a male subject was walking in the middle of the road and she stopped to see if he needed help and he slammed himself up against her car, breaking her passenger mirror; occurred about 15 minutes ago, requesting area check of subject.
