11:53 a.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Officer Jim Bell responded to report of two vehicles at N. Main and Fourth streets. General services rendered.


12:23 p.m. – Public intoxication. Officer Jim Bell responded to call from Child Protective Services on S. Forbes Street of drunken subject trying to leave in a vehicle. Arrest made.


2:16 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to call from Child Protective Services on S. Forbes Street, regarding problems with subject in the parking lot, taking pictures of a foster parent’s vehicle. Subject is in the parking lot, speaking with employee. Report taken.


3:44 p.m. – Offenses against family and children. Sgt. Jason Ferguson responded to report at Kmart, S. Main Street, regarding a gold van with 4-year-old sitting alone in the vehicle with the engine running. Gone on arrival.


5:10 p.m. – Family disturbance. Sgt. Dale Stoebe, Sgt. Jason Ferguson and Lt. Brad Rasmussen initiated activity on Martin Street. General services rendered.


5:19 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Kmart, S. Main Street. Warning issued.


9:35 p.m. – Extra patrol. No parking signs are being posted now for the Oktoberfest on Saturday. Caller from Lake County Chamber on Lakeport Boulevard states the signs seem to disappear and would like the officers to know they are posted. General services rendered.


10:48 p.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Officer Norm Taylor responded to reports of someone egging a residence on 14th Street. General services rendered.


11:19 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to call of resident reporting she just witnessed a group of juveniles egging her neighbor’s residence and now they are coming after her residence. Subjects’ vehicles are currently driving erratically, she believes they are from the high school football team. General services rendered.

12:35 a.m. – Follow up. Officer Richard Santor initiated activity at Forest Drive. General services rendered.


1:11 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson, Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Richard Santor initiated activity at S. Main Street. Report taken.


2:15 a.m. – California Highway Patrol assist. CHP reports female driving near Strohmeier’s, Soda Bay Road and State Highway 175, when a male subject was walking in the middle of the road and she stopped to see if he needed help and he slammed himself up against her car, breaking her passenger mirror; occurred about 15 minutes ago, requesting area check of subject. Gone on arrival.


6:30 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Indian male on parole across from the casino at the gym, harassing people. Gone on arrival.


9:33 a.m. – Follow up. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Lakeport Police Department, N. Forbes Street. Report taken.


11:24 a.m. – Theft up to $400. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to Safeway, 11th Street, on report of a female who just walked out with two 30-packs of beer, drove off in a green Dodge Neon. Report taken.


12:42 p.m. – Follow Up. Deputy Richard Lamm, Officer Jarvis Leishman and Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at 11th Street. Report taken.


2:50 p.m. – Residential burglary. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Jarvis Leishman respond to location on S. Main Street, burglarized sometime last night. Report taken.


3:58 p.m. – Follow up. Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at Lakeport Police Department, N. Forbes Street. Report taken.


4:58 p.m. – Fire/public assist. Cal Star reported Ray’s Market to emergency room at Sutter Lakeside Hospital, then back to Ray’s. General services rendered.


9:58 p.m. – Civil complaint. Officers Richard Santor and Destry Henderson respond to caller who wants to meet an officer at Esplanade residence to pick up his daughter. Daughter is refusing to come home and the parents at the first address are refusing to let him pick her up. Civil assist.


11:23 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Officers Richard Santor and Destry Henderson respond to party on Konocti Avenue; possible underage drinking reporting. Female at the party urinated on the side of the caller's residence; history of growing marijuana in the backyard. Warning.

12:59 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Piedmont Lumber Co. on S. Main Street. Warning given.


10:30 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. An anonymous male reports a motorcycle in the handicapped parking slot without tags at Bruno’s Foods, on Lakeport Boulevard. Officer Jim Bell responded. Warning given.


10:51 a.m. – Fire/medical aid. An elderly female fall victim with unknown injuries was reported on North High Street. General services rendered.


11:05 a.m. – Attempted suicide. Deputies Justin Newton, Darren Daskam, Gavin Wells and Jay Vanoven responded to the report that a female has stabbed herself. She is reportedly still breathing. Report taken.


12:53 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Officer Jim Bell responded to traffic collision in front of Bruno’s Foods on Lakeport Boulevard. General services rendered.


5:06 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Lakeport Boulevard and S. Highway 29. Warning issued.


5:14 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Martin and S. Main streets. Warning issued.


6:14 p.m. – Civil complaint. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to report of violation of child custody. The exchange was to take place at 6 p.m. at the Lake County Sheriff’s Office on Martin Street. Report taken. Female party showed up.


7:38 p.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at Lakeshore Boulevard and Green Street. Moving violation citation issued.


7:40 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Officer Destry Henderson responded to request for an officer regarding problems with a 6-year-old setting things on fire. General services rendered.


9:32 p.m. – Officer Norm Taylor responded to the report that someone hit the “No Parking” sign in front of the caller's residence on 11th Street. The roadway is not blocked. The caller is no longer on scene; incident occurred approximately 10 to 15 minutes ago. Report taken.


10:42 p.m. – Simple assault. Deputies Glen Capurro, Christopher Fisher and Todd Dunio, and Officer Norm Taylor responded to Redbud Trail, Nice. Arrest made.


11:05 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Destry Henderson responded to report of subjects throwing water out their window at the caller on S. Main Street, near Plaza Paints. Report taken.


11:21 a.m. – Alarm. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to report that an alarm in a residence on Lakeshore Boulevard has been going off and resetting itself for the last hour. Nothing seen. General services rendered.

12:26 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Norm Taylor responded to request that someone would like to report some suspicious circumstances that he witnessed on N. Main Street. Gone on arrival.


8:30 a.m. – Foot patrol. Officer Stephanie Green initiated activity at Clear Lake High School, Lange Street. General services rendered.


10:05 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Lakeport Police Department on N. Forbes Street. Report taken.


10:11 a.m. – Theft of utility service. Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to the city of Lakeport’s report of theft of utilities on First Street. Report taken.


11:02 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Jim Bell responded to call on Esplanade Street regarding 12-year-old child running away from the caller, through backyards. Report taken.


12:49 p.m. – Theft up to $400. Lakeport Skilled Nursing on 16th Street reports theft of medicines from vehicle. The caller doesn’t want to wait; will call from home. General services rendered.


2:57 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Fifth and N. Forbes streets. General services rendered.


3:41 p.m. – Follow up. Sgt. Dale Stoebe and Officer Jim Bell initiated activity at Esplanade Drive. Report taken.


4:49 p.m. – Family disturbance. Sgt. Kevin Odom and Sgt. Dale Stoebe responded to report that a male picked up a female teenager and yelled at her in front of residence on N. High Street. The caller believes he is her father; parties are now outside the house talking. General services rendered.


5:44 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to reported white Jeep SUV type vehicle, going west on 11th Street, driving erratically, passed on a blind corner, with two kids inside the car. General services rendered.


10:56 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at Jack in the Box on Soda Bay Road. The manager reports problem with subject. Warning issued.


11:28 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at UCC Corp. on S. Main Street. General services rendered.
