Officer Richard Santor heard a noise outside in her vehicle and when they looked outside a male subject ran dressed in dark clothing ran away; unknown if there is any damage, the subject possibly set off a firework in the vehicle, no fire, just smoke. 10:05 a.m. – Shoplifter. Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street, reports female that shoplifted last week is back in the store this week and has put items in her purse; they have not confronted her yet, she is headed to the check stand. Arrest made.


10:53 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to Lake County Fairgrounds, Martin Street, on report of a vandalism to one of the vendors. Report taken.

12:39 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Norm Taylor, Sgt. Kevin Odom, Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Richard Santor responded to anonymous caller regarding a loud party in the area of Via del Cabana. Believes they may be smoking marijuana as well. Warning.


1:30 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer-initiated activity at N. High and 15th streets. Arrest made.


1:50 a.m. – Brandishing weapon. Sgt. Kevin Odom and Lt. Brad Rasmussen. Anonymous male reported white male, 30s, near Bank of America, N. Main Street, pointing a pistol at cars driving by. Gone on arrival.

Main Street, on report of subjects asked to leave the premises due to wanting to fight. Five to six males, no weapons seen, now are across from the USA starting to fight. General services rendered.


2:25 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Sgt. Kevin Odom responds to Clover Alarms about a call from a female, calling from the career center on First Street, claiming she’s locked out of the building and would like assistance to get in. Citizens assist.


3:11 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Sgt. Kevin Odom responds to report of people squealing their tires at the Church of Latter Day Saints, 16th Street, hanging out in the parking lot and listening to loud music; unknown what they are up to. Warning.

Kevin Odom responded to call a man's girlfriend who was causing problems on First Street and hit him causing a black eye. She got on the phone saying he slammed her against the wall, and she was just pushing him away; both on scene, advised to separate until police get there. Arrest made.


8:21 p.m. – Public intoxication. Officer Norm Taylor responded to report of a drunk lying on a bench in front of The Game Shop. He was in the Buckhorn and they served him a drink and then took it away and he tried to hit the bartender over the head with it. Located at Third and N. Main streets. Gone on arrival.


9:28 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Richard Santor responded to report of two people in front of caller's room at Regency Inn, N. Main Street, looking into the windows from their car. Caller's phone had a bad connection and it disconnected. Gone on arrival.


9:47 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at Lake County Fairgrounds, Martin Street. Arrest made.


9:47 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Richard Santor responded to caller from Regency Inn, N. Main Street, who is having problems with the owners saying he couldn’t smoke. The caller offered to leave but owner is refusing full refund. General services rendered.
