12:08 a.m. – Public intoxication. Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at S. Main and C streets. Gone on arrival.

12:13 a.m. – Traffic stop. Sgt. Dale Stoebe initiated activity at Martin Street and S. Starr. General services rendered.

12:26 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at TJs, S. Main Street. Warning.

2:12 a.m. – Burglary. Passerby at Strings & Things, N. Main Street, reports front door is bashed in. Report taken.

2:22 a.m. – Alarm. Gossett Alarm, N. Main Street, reports alarm at Northbay Association of Realtors, Lakeshore Boulevard. Report taken.

5:46 a.m. – Shoplifter. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to Beacon Station, S. Main Street, advised subject took two Hostess cupcakes, left five minutes ago in possibly a truck. Caller also states a theft occurred at approximately 2:30 a.m. and he has both on surveillance tape. Report taken.

6:17 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Richard Santor heard a noise outside in her vehicle and when they looked outside a male subject ran dressed in dark clothing ran away; unknown if there is any damage, the subject possibly set off a firework in the vehicle, no fire, just smoke. Gone on arrival.

7:25 a.m. – Follow up. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to person who wanted to discuss an incident from last night. General services rendered.

10:05 a.m. – Shoplifter. Grocery Outlet, S. Main Street, reports female that shoplifted last week is back in the store this week and has put items in her purse; they have not confronted her yet, she is headed to the check stand. Arrest made.

10:53 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to Lake County Fairgrounds, Martin Street, on report of a vandalism to one of the vendors. Report taken.

11:04 a.m. – Theft up to $400. Lake County Fairgrounds, Martin Street. Contact caller at the BB Caps booth next to bungee jump regarding a theft. General services rendered.

12:38 p.m. – Lake County Animal Control. Officer Jarvis Leishman responds to report of dog locked in a vehicle with the windows rolled up; parked near the bar entrance of TNT on the Lake, First Street. Gone on arrival.

12:42 p.m. – Shots fired. Deputy Darren Daskam, Deputy Carla Hockett and Officer Jarvis Leishman respond to report of window of house on Herschel Street being shot through by two juveniles; last seen in the water spillway toward Lakeshore Boulevard. Report taken.

11:20 p.m. – LPD Animal Control issue. Officer Destry Henderson responded to report of a dog barking; caller believes her cat may be being attacked at location on Bevins Street. General services rendered.

Forbes Street, talking and singing to herself; she has been there for over two hours and was out there last night too. Gone on arrival.

12:34 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to caller at Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street, regarding vehicle on northbound on Main Street, believes someone messed with the cones, because you can’t tell where the lanes are. Outside agency assist.

12:39 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Norm Taylor, Sgt. Kevin Odom, Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Richard Santor responded to anonymous caller regarding a loud party in the area of Via del Cabana. Believes they may be smoking marijuana as well. Warning.

1:30 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer-initiated activity at N. High and 15^th streets. Arrest made.

1:50 a.m. – Brandishing weapon. Sgt. Kevin Odom and Lt. Brad Rasmussen. Anonymous male reported white male, 30s, near Bank of America, N. Main Street, pointing a pistol at cars driving by. Gone on arrival.

1:57 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Lt. Brad Rasmussen initiated activity at Fifth Street, behind old boat barn. General services rendered.

2:16 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Sgt. Kevin Odom and Lt. Brad Rasmussen responded to call from Lake County Juvenile Hall, Whalen Way, which reported people were moving cones all around again on South Main Street and Oak Knoll Avenue. Referred to another agency.

3:08 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at Soda Bay Road, west of Soda Bay, Kelseyville. Citizens assist.

5:02 a.m. – Suspicious person. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Richard Santor responded to report of a male who kept asking the caller for money while she was jogging at the High Street Mall, N. High Street. Described as an Indian male, heavy set, long black hair, no shirt. Citizens assist.

5:12 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Richard Santor responded to Beacon Station, S. Main Street, on report of five to six people in the parking lot refusing to leave after the caller asked. They're vomiting and causing problems. Gone on arrival.

4:53 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Caller from Scotts Valley Rancheria said he and his brother got into a fight and hung up. On call back, spoke with subject who said there is not a problem and he is leaving with his father, so no need to contact him. General services rendered.

5:42 p.m. – California Highway Patrol assist. CHP requests assistance with transporting people from a traffic stop at Highway 29 and Putah Lane. General services rendered.

5:44 p.m. – Traffic stop. Deputy Gary Frace and Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Bruno’s Foods, Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.

7:54 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Sgt. Kevin Odom, Deputy Richard Lamm, Officer Richard Santor and Officer Destry Henderson respond to boat into wall, with one injury at Lucky 4 Resort. Report taken.

1:33 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at Clear Lake Avenue and N. Main Street. Warning.

1:48 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Norm Taylor and Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at 15th and Hartley streets. Arrest made.

2:15 a.m. – Public disturbance. Sgt. Kevin Odom, Deputy Richard Ward and Deputy Jose Zepeda respond to Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street, on report of subjects asked to leave the premises due to wanting to fight. Five to six males, no weapons seen, now are across from the USA starting to fight. General services rendered.

2:25 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Sgt. Kevin Odom responds to Clover Alarms about a call from a female, calling from the career center on First Street, claiming she’s locked out of the building and would like assistance to get in. Citizens assist.

3:11 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Sgt. Kevin Odom responds to report of people squealing their tires at the Church of Latter Day Saints, 16th Street, hanging out in the parking lot and listening to loud music; unknown what they are up to. Warning.

6:42 a.m. – Foot patrol. Deputy Debra Isberg initiated activity at Library Park, Park Street. General services rendered.

9:34 a.m. – Welfare check. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to report at Lakeport City Hall, Park Street, regarding homeless people asking for money in the park area, near Biggs. Gone on arrival.

6:09 p.m. – California Highway Patrol assist. Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at Classic Auto Body, S. Main Street. Referred to another agency.

6:54 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at Kimberley Lane and S. Main Street. Warning.

7:28 p.m. – Music disturbance. Officer Norm Taylor and Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to report of white house on the corner of 15^th and N. High streets with a silver car in front with their music up very loud; can be heard over a block away. Warning.

7:55 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Deputy Richard Lamm, Officer Richard Santor and Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to call a man's girlfriend who was causing problems on First Street and hit him causing a black eye. She got on the phone saying he slammed her against the wall, and she was just pushing him away; both on scene, advised to separate until police get there. Arrest made.

8:21 p.m. – Public intoxication. Officer Norm Taylor responded to report of a drunk lying on a bench in front of The Game Shop. He was in the Buckhorn and they served him a drink and then took it away and he tried to hit the bartender over the head with it. Located at Third and N. Main streets. Gone on arrival.

9:28 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Richard Santor responded to report of two people in front of caller's room at Regency Inn, N. Main Street, looking into the windows from their car. Caller's phone had a bad connection and it disconnected. Gone on arrival.

9:47 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Lt. Brad Rasmussen and Officer Norm Taylor initiated activity at Lake County Fairgrounds, Martin Street. Arrest made.

9:47 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Richard Santor responded to caller from Regency Inn, N. Main Street, who is having problems with the owners saying he couldn’t smoke. The caller offered to leave but owner is refusing full refund. General services rendered.
