12:34 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Sgt. Kevin Odom responded to caller at Full Throttle Tavern, S. Main Street, regarding vehicle on northbound on Main Street, believes someone messed with the cones, because you can’t tell where the lanes are. Outside agency assist.


12:39 a.m. – Noise disturbance. Officer Norm Taylor, Sgt. Kevin Odom, Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Richard Santor responded to anonymous caller regarding a loud party in the area of Via del Cabana. Believes they may be smoking marijuana as well. Warning.


1:30 a.m. – Traffic stop. Officer-initiated activity at N. High and 15th streets. Arrest made.


1:50 a.m. – Brandishing weapon. Sgt. Kevin Odom and Lt. Brad Rasmussen. Anonymous male reported white male, 30s, near Bank of America, N. Main Street, pointing a pistol at cars driving by. Gone on arrival.


1:57 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Lt. Brad Rasmussen initiated activity at Fifth Street, behind old boat barn. General services rendered.


2:16 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Sgt. Kevin Odom and Lt. Brad Rasmussen responded to call from Lake County Juvenile Hall, Whalen Way, which reported people were moving cones all around again on South Main Street and Oak Knoll Avenue. Referred to another agency.


3:08 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle. Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at Soda Bay Road, west of Soda Bay, Kelseyville. Citizens assist.


5:02 a.m. – Suspicious person. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Richard Santor responded to report of a male who kept asking the caller for money while she was jogging at the High Street Mall, N. High Street. Described as an Indian male, heavy set, long black hair, no shirt. Citizens assist.


5:12 a.m. – Problem with a subject. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Richard Santor responded to Beacon Station, S. Main Street, on report of five to six people in the parking lot refusing to leave after the caller asked. They're vomiting and causing problems. Gone on arrival.


5:55 a.m. – Penal code/other offenses. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at N. Main and Ninth streets. Removing stuff from road. General services rendered.


8:12 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Shell, E. Highway 20. General services rendered.


8:23 a.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Sayre and Ashe streets. Warning.


11:00 a.m. – Citizen assist. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to report from AAA regarding a baby locked in a gray Nissan Sentra, parked behind the old movie theater on S. Forbes and Martin streets. General services rendered.


11:14 a.m. – Suspicious person. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to People Services Thrift Store, N. Main Street, on report of a male subject in front of the business, screaming, yelling and crying. Gone on arrival.


11:19 a.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to report from anonymous female regarding vehicles parked directly under the “No Parking Any Time” sign on Martin Street. Parking citation.


12:39 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at N. Main Street. Parking citation.


1:01 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Jarvis Leishman initiated activity at Bevins Street and Lakeport Boulevard. Parking citation.


2:54 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to report from California Highway Patrol at S. Main Street and Lakeport Boulevard. General services rendered.


2:58 p.m. – Public intoxication. Officer Jarvis Leishman responded to report of white male, 55 years old, drunk in front of the Shoreline Coffee Shop, S. Main Street. Not causing a problem, just making customers nervous. Warning.


4:21 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Officer Destry Henderson responded to Kelseyville Fire report. Parents and juvenile are near the old horse barn at the fire department trailer; parents are being uncooperative. Outside agency assist.


4:53 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Caller from Scotts Valley Rancheria said he and his brother got into a fight and hung up. On call back, spoke with subject who said there is not a problem and he is leaving with his father, so no need to contact him. General services rendered.


5:18 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at S. Main Street. Warning.


5:42 p.m. – California Highway Patrol assist. CHP requests assistance with transporting people from a traffic stop at Highway 29 and Putah Lane. General services rendered.


5:44 p.m. – Traffic stop. Deputy Gary Frace and Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Bruno’s Foods, Lakeport Boulevard. Warning.


7:54 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Sgt. Kevin Odom, Deputy Richard Lamm, Officer Richard Santor and Officer Destry Henderson respond to boat into wall, with one injury at Lucky 4 Resort. Report taken.


8:45 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Officer Destry Henderson responded to S. Estep to a dark blue Toyota Tundra parked in front of fire hydrant. Parking citation.


9:32 p.m. – Pedestrian check. Officer Destry Henderson initiated activity at Lake County Fairgrounds, Martin Street. Arrest made


9:57 p.m. – Simple battery. Victim in the emergency room; assaulted at the fair. Report taken.


9:57 p.m. – Traffic stop. Officer-initiated activity at Armstrong and S. Main streets. Warning.


10:36 p.m. – Public disturbance. Huge fight at the fair, by the Zipper. General services rendered.


10:49 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Lt. Brad Rasmussen, Deputy Richard Lamm, Deputy Richard Santor and Sgt. Kevin Odom initiated activity at Lake County Fairgrounds. Arrest made.


10:55 p.m. – Outside agency assist. Officer Destry Henderson, Deputy Jacob Steely, Sgt. Kevin Odom and Deputy Richard Austring respond to Lake County Fairgrounds, Martin Street. Outside agency assist.


11:05 p.m. – Public disturbance. Two males physically fighting in front of entrance to the fairgrounds; large group of people, unknown if still fighting. General services rendered.


11:53 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Officer Destry Henderson and Sgt. Jason Ferguson respond to 911 caller who reports some sort of disturbance at Lakeshore Boulevard and Green Street. Citizens assist.


11:56 p.m. – Public disturbance. Lt. Brad Rasmussen, Sgt. Kevin Odom and Sgt. Jason Ferguson initiated activity at TJs, S. Main Street. General services rendered.
