Kevin Odom responded to report from CHP regarding a silver Dodge Charger into a fence on Parallel Drive, no one is around but CHP would like them to check it out since the person calling it in sounded drunk; they only have one unit on. 5:22 a.m. – Public intoxication. Deputy Richard Lamm and Officer Richard Santor responded to report of male subject lying in caller's rose bushes on Shady Oak Street. Described as white male adult, wearing white t-shirt and shorts. Arrest made.

11:06 a.m. – Follow up. Caller is once again reporting theft of her money by her daughter, ongoing problem, S. Main Street. General services rendered.

1:35 p.m. – Found property. Officer Jim Bell takes report of found prescription bottle of morphine at Taco Bell, Todd Road.

3:16 p.m. – Problem with a subject. Officer Jim Bell responded to call regarding a male accusing the caller of stealing a dog, refuses to leave without the animal. Caller is very afraid of the male subject. General services rendered.

4:31 p.m. – Shots fired. Officer Destry Henderson responded to a caller on 17th Street who reported her son just shot his BB gun out the window and it hit a little girl outside in the leg. Report taken.
