Consideration of Ordinance No. 2012-140: An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Clearlake Regulating Taxi Cabs and Other Vehicles for Hire

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearlake City Council will consider adoption of Ordinance No. 2012-140 on December 13, 2012.
The Ordinance is to create a permitting process for owners, drivers and vehicles engaged in providing taxicabs and other vehicles for hire within the City of Clearlake and for regulating the terms and conditions under which such services can be provided.
The full text of the Ordinance is available for public review during normal business hours at the Office of the City Clerk, City of Clearlake, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, CA 95422.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving minor use permit MUP 12-20 for Jeff Wilson in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a pump house that was constructed without permits to exceed the maximum height allowed by the Zoning Ordinance with a maximum height of twenty-six (26) feet located on property at 8975 Seigler Springs North Road, Kelseyville, CA, APN 011-058-10.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M November 2, 2012.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District has posted Public Notice SPK-2012-00871 to www.spk.usace.army.mil/Media/RegulatoryPublicNotices.aspx .
This Public Notice announces the evaluation of a prospectus to establish the Colusa Basin Mitigation Bank, which would result in the creation of approximately 119 acres of giant garter snake habitat and 42 acres of seasonal wetlands.
The 215-acre site is located adjacent to Colusa Trough in Section 31, Township 15 North, Range 1 West, Mount Diablo Meridian, Latitude 39.10471°, Longitude -122.01996°, Colusa County, California, and can be seen on the CA-Arbuckle USGS Topographic Quadrangle.
