La Monica Signs: Five year time extension for an existing billboard sign

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 11-09 requesting a five year time extension for an existing billboard sign.

The project applicant is La Monica Signs.  

The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 96-08.  

The project is located at 255 Soda Bay Road, Lakeport, APN 008-019-64.  

The proposed mitigated negative declaration and staff report are available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.  

The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the proposed mitigated negative declaration will start on November 20, 2012 and end at the hearing on December 13, 2012.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving minor use permit MUP 12-16 for Scott and Susan Simkover in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a small winery on property located at 6675 Kelsey Creek Drive, Kelseyville, CA, APN 007-014-34.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application UPX 12-01 use permit time extension for existing geothermal steam field use permit UP 83-36 on property located at 20055 Foard Road, Middletown, APN 013-058-24.  

The project applicant is Geysers Power Company LLC.  

The staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.
