NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving Minor Use Permit 09-21 of Linda Keys in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow the construction of a six (6) foot high fence within the front yard setback along Wheeler Drive on property located at 10998 Terrace Way, Kelseyville, and further described as APN 043-651-05.  The Planner processing this application is Bill Stockton, who may be reached at (707) 263-2221.

NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., July 30 , 2009.  Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on August 5, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

THE LAKE COUNTY REGISTRAR OF VOTERS OFFICE, would like to remind the voters of Lake County that a Governing Board Member Election is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2009, to fill the offices of Governing Board Member (for a term of 4-four years unless otherwise indicated) of the following Community College District, County Board of Education and School Districts that shall become vacant on the first Friday in December, 2009 or until a successor is elected and qualifies for office:
