NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 09-03 proposing a major use permit to allow for the construction of a large reservoir.  The project applicant is Beckstoffer Vineyards. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-03.  The project is located at 7900 S.
