NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study 09-14 for a proposed grading permit to excavate 24,500 cubic yards of material at 10955 Sam Alley Road, Upper Lake (APN 201-091-01) that will be exported to a proposed new gaming facility site at 635 E. State Highway 20, Upper Lake. The project applicant is Jan Slikker. The proposed mitigated negative declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
The Zoning Administrator will approve this project with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., August 18, 2009. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on August 26, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, CA.
