NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

Rural Communities Housing Development Corp.: Major use permit for affordable housing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application UP 09-12 proposing a major use permit for a 50 unit affordable housing apartment complex with a request for parking standards in accordance with California Government Code 65915. The project applicant is Rural Communities Housing Development Corporation, 499 Leslie Street, Ukiah, CA. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 09-28. The project is located at 6853 Collier Avenue, Nice, CA. and further described as APN 031-053-22. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department (Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA) 30 days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
