NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 09-25 of John Miles in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow an already constructed six-foot high fence within the required front yard to remain as built, replace existing fencing along the east and west property lines with six foot tall chain link fencing with privacy slats and construct additional fencing and a second man gate taller than four feet within the front setback around two propane tanks on property located at 60 Rocky Point Road, Lakeport, APN# 029-242-03. The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., August 20, 2009. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on August 26, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application SDX 09-01 proposing a two year time extension for Stonebrook Meadows Subdivision SD 05-08 proposing a tentative subdivision map to create 49 residential lots and one common area lot on 13.65 acres. The project is located at 21000 Santa Clara Road, Middletown, CA, APN 014-380-09. The project applicant is Clement Carinalli. The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 05-04.
