NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake will hold a public hearing on application MUP 09-10 to allow an as-build six-foot high fence in the front yard for property located at 9889 and 9909 Crestview Drive, Clearlake Park, APN 036-431-12 and 13. The project applicant is Lawrence Israel. The staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on August 13, 2009 at 10:00 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard. If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
