NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND NEGATIVE DECLARATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application RZ 12-07 proposing a rezone from “R1-SC-WW” Single-Family Residential-Scenic-Waterway to “C1-DR” Local Commercial-Design Review.  

The project applicant is Neal Bennett.  

The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors regarding the consideration of adoption of a negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 12-37.  

The project is located at 3946 E. State Highway 20, Nice, CA, APN 032-321-20.  

The proposed negative declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.
