SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2984
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, has adopted Ordinance No. 2984, amending Chapter 21 of the Ordinance Code of the County of Lake pertaining to the limitation of outdoor medical marijuana cultivation within mobilehome parks; the prohibition of cultivation within multi-family dwelling properties, and limits on medical marijuana processing.
This ordinance limits the amount of medical marijuana that can be cultivated outdoors within mobilehome parks, prohibit cultivation within properties improved with multi-family dwellings, and limit the amount of processing of marijuana at any particular property to the amount that can be cultivated on that property. A certified copy of the full text of the proposed ordinance is posted for public review on the First Floor of the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California. This ordinance was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, February 19, 2013, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Comstock, Rushing, Farrington, Brown and Smith

This ordinance will take effect on March 21, 2013.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND
SUMMARY OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, has set TUESDAY, MARCH 5, 2013, AT 9:15 A.M., Board Chambers, Courthouse, Lakeport, as time and place to consider a proposed ordinance adding Article X to Chapter 15 of the Lake County Code establishing standards for the issuance of Marina Berthing Licenses in the County of Lake. A certified copy of the proposed ordinance is available at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
This proposed ordinance will establish standards for the issuance of berths in marinas owned by the County of Lake. The proposed ordinance will outline the requirements for a license, the application procedure, conditions of license approval and revocation, access and terms of use of marina facilities and applicability of the ordinance.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said time and place any interested person may appear and be heard.
If you challenge the action of the Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors at, or prior to, the public hearing.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California will consider adopting a mitigated negative declaration based on INITIAL STUDY IS 12-35 and approving MINOR USE PERMIT MUP 12-25 for the construction of a 6,000 square foot metal building for a diesel repair shop and warehouse.
The project applicant is Mark Tanti. The project is located at 82 Soda Bay Road, Lakeport, CA, APN 082-093-13.
The proposed mitigated negative declaration and all documents referenced in it and the proposed conditions of approval are available for review in the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA.

The Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT and mitigated negative declaration with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 pm, March 8, 2013. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on March 13, 2013 at 2:00 pm in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Lake County Courthouse.
