NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-04 of Evan Gradek in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a collector’s permit that exceeds the height limit to construct a new 4,312 square foot, two story, thirty-two foot tall detached accessory structure located at 4495 Old Witter Springs Road, Witter Springs CA, APN 003-008-04.

Should a timely request for a public hearing be filed, one will be held on May 22, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-05 of Michael Jossel in accordance with Lake County Code to allow a six-foot high fence within the required front yard setback and a reduction of the covered parking requirements of the “RD” Residential Design zoning combining district for the conversion of a carport into a utility/storage room at 3184 Tamarack Way, Clearlake Oaks, APN 062-291-26.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors, County of Lake, State of California, has set TUESDAY, MAY 14, 2013, at 9:45 A.M., in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, as the time and place for conducting a PUBLIC HEARING regarding a proposed Resolution approving Resolutions and Capital Fire Facility and Equipment Plans submitted by Lake County Fire Agencies and updating the Lake County Capital Fire Facility and Equipment Plan.

Certified copies of the proposed Resolution are available at the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 255 North Forbes Street, Room 109, Lakeport, CA 95453.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that at said time and place any interested person may appear and be heard.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if you challenge the action of the Board of Supervisors on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Board of Supervisors at, or prior to, the public hearing.
