NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 12-24 of Pedro Anguiano to legalize a six (6) foot high fence within the front yard setback along Spring Valley Road and Fox Way on property located at 3700 Spring Valley Road, Clearlake Oaks, APN’s 062-042-11 and 062-062-27.

NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 5:00 P.M., June 19, 2013.  

Should a timely appeal or request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on June 26, 2013 at 2:15 P.M. in Conference Room “C” of the Community Development Department, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearlake City Council will consider adoption of Ordinance No. 2013-161 on June 13, 2013.

The Ordinance bans commercial medical marijuana cultivation and cultivation on vacant properties, and limits cultivation amounts on developed properties.

The full text of the Ordinance is available for public review during normal business hours at the Office of the City Clerk, City of Clearlake, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, Ca. 95422.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on review of application UP 12-10 to allow indoor amplified voice or music at Maynard’s Sports Bar in Lower Lake.

The project applicant is Kenneth Davis.

The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously approved mitigated negative declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 99-28.

The project is located at 16203 Main Street, Lower Lake, APN 024-292-42.

The previously approved mitigated negative declaration is available for review, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing, at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

The review period during which the Community Development Department will receive comments on the mitigated negative declaration will start on June 7, 2013 and end at the hearing on June 27, 2013.
