NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 13-17 of Jim Menconi in accordance with Lake County Code to allow an 8,310 square foot expansion of the self-storage facility and to allow for the installation of covered parking structures over 19,027 square feet of the existing outdoor storage area at 18150 Empire Lane, Middletown, APN 014-270-82.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on an Appeal to the Board of Supervisors (AB 13-02) of the Planning Commission’s decision to deny the Major Use Permit (UP 12-04); and to deny Minor Use Permit (MUP 12-22) to allow reduction in “WW” (Waterway Combining District) rear yard setback requirements.
The appellant is Andrzej Skwira.
The site is located at 16235 Roberts Road, Middletown, CA and further described as APN 013-054-07.
The staff report will be available at the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA, ten (10) days before the hearing.
