NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT (MUP 07-12) of John & Vicki Carr to allow for replacement of an existing non-conforming dwelling which exceeds the height requirement in the Scenic Combining district by six feet and a detached garage exceeding the height limit by eight feet on property located at 11055 E.
