NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT (MUP 07-12) of John & Vicki Carr to allow for replacement of an existing non-conforming dwelling which exceeds the height requirement in the Scenic Combining district by six feet and a detached garage exceeding the height limit by eight feet on property located at 11055 E. Highway 20, Clearlake Oaks, and further described as APN 035-492-01. The Planner processing this application is Brian Horn, who may be reached at (707) 263-2221.

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., April 6, 2007.

 

Should a timely appeal or request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on April 11, 2007 at 3:00 P.M. in Conference Room “C” of the Community Development Department, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
