AS A LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application RZ 05-18 and PM 07-03 proposing a rezone from “RR-B3” Rural Residential—20 acre minimum parcel size to “RR” Rural Residential and a parcel map to divide approximately 31.88 acres into four parcels and one remainder lot within the city limits of Clearlake.  The project applicants are James and Bonnie Poco.  The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 05-78A.  The project is located at 2525 Park Place Boulevard in Clearlake and further described as APN 010-042-11.  The Proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.  The Planner processing this application is Kevin M. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on May 10, 2007 at 9:35 AM, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.  If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on PM 06-30, proposing a tentative parcel map to subdivide a +/- 15-acre parcel into two parcels..  The project applicant is Jim Hilton.  The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Subsequent Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 01-87.  The project is located at 11132 Bottle Rock Road, Cobb, and further described as APN 011-068-21. The proposed subsequent negative declaration is available for review in the Planning Division of the Community Development Department at the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.  The staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.  The Planner processing this application is Aaron Hollister who may be reached at (707) 263- 2221.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT 

LAKE COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

      NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Zoning Administrator will consider approving MINOR USE PERMIT 06-65 of Steve and Nancy DeMartini in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Zoning Ordinance to allow the demolition and rebuilding of their legal non-conforming cabin with a larger two story single-family residential home on property located at 10375 Loch Lomond Road, Loch Lomond, and further described as APN# 050-021-02.  The Planner processing this application is Bill Stockton, who may be reached at (707) 263-2221.

      NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Planning Division of the Community Development Department by 4:00 P.M., April 27, 2007.  Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on May 2, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N.
