NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PMX 07-04, proposing a one-year extension of time for an approved tentative parcel map (PM 01-18), Deviation (DV 02-01), Variance (VR 02-01) and optional design and improvements standards. The project applicant is Ric Dunseth.

The Planning Commission will reconsider the Mitigated Negative Declaration previously adopted for this project based on Initial Study IS 01-98.

The project is located at 15571 Douglas Street in Middletown and further described as APN 024-461-14.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC REVIEW OF PROPOSED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND MINOR USE PERMIT

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider adopting a negative declaration based on INITIAL STUDY IS 06-41 for MINOR USE PERMIT MUP 06-14 for Tuscan Village and Terrill Cellars in accordance with Chapter 21 of the Lake County Code to allow the operation of a winery with annual production of a maximum of 5,000 cases, a four unit bed and breakfast, up to three (3)annual non-profit special events, and twenty-four (24) annual special events accessory to the bed and breakfast located at 16105, 16125 & 16175 Main Street, Lower Lake and further described as APN 024-292-36, 37, 38. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available 20 days and the proposed conditions of approval will be available 10 days before adoption of a negative declaration and issuance of the minor use permit on March 30, 2007 from the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.

NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written appeal or request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 4:00 p.m., March 30, 2007.

 

Should a timely appeal or request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on April 4, 2007 at 2 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.
