NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PM 06-26 proposing a parcel map to subdivide an approximately 1.2 acre parcel into two (2) parcels. The project applicants are Jeff and Patricia McMillen. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 06-83. The project is located at 2832 and 2845 Lakeshore Boulevard, Lakeport and further described as APNs 028-252-02 and 028-251-03. The proposed mitigated negative declaration will be available for review in the Planning Division of the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisor’s Chamber in the Courthouse on May 24th, 2006 at 9:25 A.M. before the Planning Commission. If you challenge the action of the Planning Commission on any of the above stated items in court, it may be limited to only those issues raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or written correspondence delivered to the Lake County Planning Commission, at, or prior to, the public hearings.

AS A LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PM 06-22 proposing a tentative parcel map to subdivide approximately 5.48 acres to create 2 parcels.  The project applicant is Kim McKee.  The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 06-70.  The project is located at 3947 Hill Road in Lakeport and further described as APN 015-011-07.  The proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration will be available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California twenty (20) days before the hearing, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.  The Planner processing this application is Kevin M. AS A LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PM 07-04 proposing a tentative parcel map to subdivide approximately 79 acres to create 2 parcels.  The project applicant is Ed Johnson.  The Planning Commission will reconsider the previously approved Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 05-78.  The project is located at 9300 Seigler Springs Road North in Kelseyville and further described as APN 011-009-51.  The previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration is available for review at the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, and the staff report will be available ten (10) days before the hearing.  The Planner processing this application is Kevin M.
