NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application PM 06-26 proposing a parcel map to subdivide an approximately 1.2 acre parcel into two (2) parcels. The project applicants are Jeff and Patricia McMillen. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for this project based on Initial Study IS 06-83. The project is located at 2832 and 2845 Lakeshore Boulevard, Lakeport and further described as APNs 028-252-02 and 028-251-03.
