4:26 a.m. – Outside agency assist requested at Forbes Apartments, South Forbes, for possible fire.

4:26 a.m. – Anonymous male reports he saw someone wandering around the area of the Lake County Chamber of Commerce, Lakeport Boulevard. He then heard a loud bang, like someone may have broken into the Visitor’s Center. Requests an area check. Checks OK.

8:56 a.m. – Lakeport Fire Department reports silver four-door sedan parked at southeast corner of Second and N. Forbes, sticking out into the street. Gone on arrival.

8:56 a.m. – Security check, officer initiated, at the Lake County Fairgrounds, Martin Street. Report taken.

9:13 a.m. – Security check, officer initiated, at Clearlake Club Bar, North Main. Report taken.

9:55 a.m. – Traffic accident, noninjury at Highway 175 and Highway 29. General services rendered.

10:34 a.m. – Reported unauthorized use of ATM card at North Forbes. Report taken.

2:25 p.m. – Missing person adult reported at Clearlake Marina Mobile Home, Berry Street. A 50-year-old was picked up by her daughter and taken following problems at home. Caller just received call from daughter stating his wife left in her vehicle under influence of Oxycodone, muscle relaxers. Possible mental issues to unknown location, in gray Chevrolet Prism with passenger side front damage. General services rendered.

3:30 p.m. – Theft over $400 reported by employee at Law Library, Third Street. Her wallet was stolen approximately 20 minutes ago. Has information on possible responsible subject. Report taken.

4:14 p.m. – Three juveniles reported to have jumped over a back fence at Hartley, taken a trampoline and left in a small white Chevrolet pickup, making statements that the person won’t even know it is gone. Caller gave license plate number. General services rendered.

4:23 p.m. – Followup activity at Law Library, Third Street. Report taken.

6:32 p.m. – A tan Toyota truck is parked on caller's landscaping on Woodward Way, near the street. There are only two houses on the street and it does not belong to either. Has been there about 30 minutes. No one around the area, unknown license plate. General services rendered.

7:32 p.m. – A 15-year-old hit the caller in the arm and is yelling and causing problems at the Lake County Fairgrounds. Arrest made.

7:34 p.m. – Family disturbance, officer initiated activity, at Fourth Street and North High. Arrest made.

12:07 a.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated activity, at First Street and N. Brush; 2001 Kia four-door. Arrest made.

1:25 a.m. – Gossett Alarm call reporting an audible alarm at TJs, South Main. General services rendered.

9:02 a.m. – Diebold Security reports silent ATM duress at Mendo-Lake Credit Union. Checks OK.

10:58 a.m. – Pedestrian check, officer initiated activity, at N. Main and Clear Lake. Citizen assist.

11:15 a.m. – Driving under the influence, anonymous male reports chronic drunk driver, approximately 50 years old, leaves his residence on Lakeshore Boulevard every day at 9 a.m. and goes to Buckhorn Club until approximately 1 p.m., where he returns drunk in a black Chevy truck. 11:47 a.m. – Found property on 19th Avenue. RP reports finding a driver’s license and Mendo Lake card on Berry. General services rendered.

12:29 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision reported at Legacy School. Three cars totaled due to large branch falling onto the cars. General services rendered.

2:35 p.m. – Contempt of court Subject makes report at Lakeport Police Department. Reports a subject is in the driveway violating a restraining order. The subject is associated with dark gray Nissan truck with pink writing in the back window, occupied by the subject, children and female. Caller reports subject has been following her and while sitting in the driveway made a gesture as if cutting her throat. Report taken.

5:11 p.m. – Large tan and black dog running in the street and in front of cars at Victim-Witness. General services rendered.

6:01 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances reported at Todd Rd Extension. Caller wearing orange rain coat found some bones on a trail at Westside Park. General services rendered.
