12:32 a.m. – Pallets reported in the roadway at S. Main. General services rendered.


6:13 a.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at Kelseyville Auto Wreckers, S. Highway 29. Warning.


6:45 a.m. – Old golden Labrador going southbound on the northbound exit of S. Highway 29 and Lakeport Boulevard. Lakeport Police animal call. Unable to catch him but he’s off the highway. Owner aware.


9:19 a.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at S. Highway 29 and Cruickshank Road. Moving violation citation.


12:48 p.m. – Officer initiated activity at 10th and N. Main; 72 Chevy. Parking citation.


1:01 p.m. – A black male in his 30s is reported jumping around and acting strange at the Social Security Administration building. Described as 6’2”, short hair, no shirt and black pants. Gone on arrival.


1:20 p.m. – 911 hang up at California Human Development at First Street. Hang up on answer. General services rendered.


2:15 p.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism. Someone ran into the generator at Lakeport City Hall, causing damage. Report taken.


2:21 p.m. – Wallet taken at Bruno’s Foods, Lakeport Boulevard earlier today. General services rendered.


4:29 p.m. – Problem with a subject on 16th Street. Caller's neighbor keeps harassing her and her kids. Her daughter told her that he was looking through the windows earlier today. General services rendered.


4:44 p.m. – Noise disturbance reported on N. High St. Caller has heard a puppy yapping for quite a while and requests it be checked out. Negative contact with caller or responsible party; the latter has dogs in the yard, unable to get to door and does not have a phone. General services rendered.


5:14 p.m. – 911 hang up call reported from pay phone at Shoreline Center on S. Main Street. Gone on arrival.


6 p.m. – Contempt of court. Caller reports his estranged wife is driving by Renee’s Café, N. Main Street, where he is eating, in violation of a restraining order. Associated with a white king cab Ford pickup. Report taken.


7:15 p.m. – Public disturbance reported by anonymous female at Library Park. Two males in physical altercation, caller was driving by. Gone on arrival.


8:21 p.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated activity on Hartley and 16th Street. Warning given.


9:01 p.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at Lakeport Boulevard and S. Forbes. Warning given.


9:21 p.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at Blockbuster, Lakeport Boulevard. Warning given.


10:48 p.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at Pool and 11th Street. Warning given.

12:07 a.m. – Open door, officer initiated activity at Campbell Lane. Kicked in door investigated. Checks out OK.


8:12 a.m. – Wireless 911 hang up call. Coordinates show just east of Highway 53. Listened back on initial call. Heard male say “They’re on their way. Get in the car.” Incident location E. Highway 20, Clearlake Oaks. General services rendered.


8:24 a.m. – Citizen assist, officer initiated activity at Ninth Avenue and N. Main. General services rendered.


10:32 a.m. – Family disturbance reported at Library Park. Male and female in verbal altercation. White male adult, heavy set, last seen wearing blue jersey and a white female adult with a white top. Checks OK.


11:09 a.m. – CVS Pharmacy reports a white male juvenile, approximately 10 years old, no shirt or shoes, walking around with another juvenile, approximately 14 years old, bright green sweatshirt and skateboard. Per report, juvenile looks as if something is wrong and requires a welfare check. Checks OK.


11:45 a.m. – Female in front of Lakeport Chiropractic, screaming on cell phone for the last 20 minutes. Appears to be having a breakdown of some sort. Described as a white female adult, 20 years old, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 200 pounds, brown long hair in pony tail. Last seen wearing a navy blue shirt. Gone on arrival.


12:05 p.m. – Caller's 15-year-old son reportedly ran away from home in Lupoyoma Heights yesterday, approximately 6 p.m. Juvenile called at 7:45 p.. to let her know he was out eating. Described as Hispanic male juvenile, 5’9”, 126 buzzed cut. Last seen wearing light gray zip up sweatshirt, blue jeans. General services rendered.


2:07 p.m. – Suspicious person reported at Department of Motor Vehicles. Employee reports strange male on scene; has been in and out three times today, arguing with employees and bringing in teddy bears; appears agitated. Described as White male, 30s to 40s, 6’2”, 200 pounds, dark brown with gray short hair. Last seen wearing black sweatshirt, blue jeans. Currently in lobby. Gone on arrival.


2:25 p.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at 11th Street. Dark green 1993 Acura. Warning given.


2:32 p.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at Howard Avenue and Rainbow Road. Chevy. Warning given.


6:39 p.m. – Anonymous male reports eight to 10 teenagers skateboarding at Armstrong and Forbes. Reporter worried they will get hit by a car. Warning given.


6:54 p.m. – Resident at Sixth Street reports he hasn’t seen his neighbor across the street in a few days and she usually brings her garbage cans in before now. Reporter doesn’t have her address or name, but will show officers which house is hers. Gone on arrival.


7:27 p.m – Skateboarders reported in the AAA/CA State Auto Association on Martin Street. Warning given.

4:11 a.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at S. Main and Armstrong. Warning given.

9:26 a.m. – Pedestrian check, officer initiated activity at Library Park. With one subject in front of restrooms restrooms. Moving violation citation.

9:58 a.m. – California Highway Patrol assist. Request help with traffic control at E. Highway 20 and Mitchell, Clearlake Oaks. CHP advised they were on scene. General services rendered.

9:59 a.m. – Pedestrian check, officer initiated activity at Lakeport Police Department. Report taken.

1:03 p.m. – Family disturbance reported at Lakeport Library. Caller reports a physical altercation just occurred inside with subjects no longer fighting, but are in parking lot. Suspect No. 1: white male adult in his 50s, tall with gray hair, last seen wearing a black jacket. Suspect No. 2: white male adult in his 50s, long red hair, no further information. General services rendered. Pushing match, neither party wish to pursue charges.

5:57 p.m. – Contempt of court. Civil assist.

7:24 p.m. – Victim-Witness reports 911 hang up. Reported static only. General services rendered.

10:20 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Caller on Third Street, reports her son-in-law came into her home about 10 minutes ago, got into a verbal with her and then left. Negative injuries. Responsible forced his way into the home and caller wants to make a report. General services rendered.

11:01 p.m. – Follow up, officer initiated activity on 3rd Street. General services rendered.

10:57 p.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at N. Main and Third Avenue. Paper plates only. Tan 2004 Nissan Sentra. Warning given.

11:06 p.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at Martin and Bevins; 1995 Ford four-door. Moving violation citation.
