12:07 a.m. – Open door, officer initiated activity at Campbell Lane. Kicked in door investigated. Checks out OK.


8:12 a.m. – Wireless 911 hang up call. Coordinates show just east of Highway 53. Listened back on initial call. Heard male say “They’re on their way. Get in the car.” Incident location E. Highway 20, Clearlake Oaks. General services rendered.


8:24 a.m. – Citizen assist, officer initiated activity at Ninth Avenue and N. Main. General services rendered.


10:32 a.m. – Family disturbance reported at Library Park. Male and female in verbal altercation. White male adult, heavy set, last seen wearing blue jersey and a white female adult with a white top. Checks OK.


11:09 a.m. – CVS Pharmacy reports a white male juvenile, approximately 10 years old, no shirt or shoes, walking around with another juvenile, approximately 14 years old, bright green sweatshirt and skateboard. Per report, juvenile looks as if something is wrong and requires a welfare check. Checks OK.


11:45 a.m. – Female in front of Lakeport Chiropractic, screaming on cell phone for the last 20 minutes. Appears to be having a breakdown of some sort. Described as a white female adult, 20 years old, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 200 pounds, brown long hair in pony tail. Last seen wearing a navy blue shirt. Gone on arrival.


12:05 p.m. – Caller's 15-year-old son reportedly ran away from home in Lupoyoma Heights yesterday, approximately 6 p.m. Juvenile called at 7:45 p.. to let her know he was out eating. Described as Hispanic male juvenile, 5’9”, 126 buzzed cut. Last seen wearing light gray zip up sweatshirt, blue jeans. General services rendered.


2:07 p.m. – Suspicious person reported at Department of Motor Vehicles. Employee reports strange male on scene; has been in and out three times today, arguing with employees and bringing in teddy bears; appears agitated. Described as White male, 30s to 40s, 6’2”, 200 pounds, dark brown with gray short hair. Last seen wearing black sweatshirt, blue jeans. Currently in lobby. Gone on arrival.


2:25 p.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at 11th Street. Dark green 1993 Acura. Warning given.


2:32 p.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at Howard Avenue and Rainbow Road. Chevy. Warning given.


6:39 p.m. – Anonymous male reports eight to 10 teenagers skateboarding at Armstrong and Forbes. Reporter worried they will get hit by a car. Warning given.


6:54 p.m. – Resident at Sixth Street reports he hasn’t seen his neighbor across the street in a few days and she usually brings her garbage cans in before now. Reporter doesn’t have her address or name, but will show officers which house is hers. Gone on arrival.


7:27 p.m – Skateboarders reported in the AAA/CA State Auto Association on Martin Street. Warning given.
