3:29 a.m. – Pedestrian check, officer initiated activity at Giselman and Hillcrest Drive. Warning.


9:29 a.m. – LPD Animal control issue; dog issue/possible theft, possible civil issue on Todd Road. Civil assist.


10:05 a.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at Westside Park Drive and Parallel Drive; 2000 Ford. Warning.


10:17 a.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at Lakeport Boulevard and Larrecou Lane; 1994 GMC pickup. Warning.


10:38 a.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at Scotts Valley and Mountain View. Moving violation citation.


11:08 a.m. – Malicious mischief vandalism reported behind library at Library Park. General services rendered.


12:36 p.m – Suspicious circumstances. Caller at Willow Tree Laundromat advises there is a green house on hill in back of laundromat, Central Park Ave., where there is a 2- to 3-year-old child playing on a porch and swinging from a banister. Caller is concerned that child is alone in the house. At end of call caller advised child had gone inside. Checks OK.

2:36 a.m. – A 17-year-old was just looking through caller's house, possibly the same subject as earlier. Caller saw him through the front room window at Redwing Drive. Responsible subject has left the scene, possibly going back to his residence. He was wearing a black leather coat. Arrest made. Released on site.


10:47 a.m. – 911 hang up at Victim-Witness on Second Street. Reported static only. General services rendered.


4:04 p.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at S. Main Street and Martin Street. Warning.


4:07 p.m. – Extra patrol requested at a bed and breakfast while owner is on vacation. The location has a past history of moving vans showing up with orders to take large amounts of furniture, while she was on vacation the last time. Printed and faxed to LPD advising on duty units of extra patrol requested at the office. General services rendered.


6:33 p.m. – Problem with a subject at Library Park. A vendor was reported that was to pack up by 5 p.m. Has been asked to do so a few times and is there cooking now. Doesn’t appear to be leaving anytime soon. Caller needs to open roads back up and is unable.


6:57 p.m. – Boating activities on the lake at Lupoyoma Cove. A 15-foot rowboat was let loose by some juveniles no longer on scene. Floating approximately 100 meters offshore. General services rendered.


6:57 p.m. – Trespassing at Esplanade and Konocti Ave. Ongoing problems with juveniles trespassing on the beach. The same juveniles appeared to let loose a row boat in the bay. General services rendered. Will be checking the area for the juveniles.


8:16 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Caller reports female in silver mini van with four children may be headed to Nice while under the influence. Incident location was Clearlake Club Bar on North Main St. General services rendered.


9:40 p.m. – Public disturbance – 15 males and females in a physical fight at the apartments in Upper Lake. No weapons seen. Report taken.


9:51 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Caller's daughter told her that she stabbed her husband in Iowa or Cincinnati and took off for California and is now living with boyfriend. General services rendered.


10:21 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Daughter was in a verbal with family. Possibly drunk and on drugs, no weapons. Report taken.


11:54 p.m. – Problem with a subject – caller saw a man peeking through her bedroom window at back of residence, wearing all black. Her dog ran toward the front of the house toward a field. General services rendered.

12:58 a.m. – Possible DUI reported at TJs, northbound on Main St. 1996 White Chevrolet s10 pickup. Gone on arrival.


9:48 a.m. – Pedestrian check, officer initiated activity at Lakeport Boulevard and S. Forbes. General services rendered.


3:32 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle, officer initiated activity at 11th and North. Warning given.


5:31 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Male subject reported to have a rifle and wearing camouflage. General services rendered.


6:20 p.m. – Pedestrian check, officer initiated activity at Library Park. One on the ground, appears to be Code 4. Moving violation citation.


9:31 p.m. – Welfare check. RP received a call from a 16-year-old that some man looked into the windows. Caller is not in the area right now. Gone on arrival.


9:49 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Caller saw a 15-year-old walking down the street, westbound from Starr and Armstrong. Juvenile has a history of cutting and may have a knife. Last seen wearing black hoodie with hood up and blue jeans.


9:56 p.m. – Noise disturbance. Anonymous male reports loud party playing music. No further information. Gone on arrival.


10:10 p.m. – Public disturbance at Park Place, Third Street, two males in physical near the bathrooms near Fifth Street Boat Ramp. Warning given.
