Lakeport Police logs: Sunday, May 2

2:36 a.m. – A 17-year-old was just looking through caller's house, possibly the same subject as earlier. Caller saw him through the front room window at Redwing Drive. Responsible subject has left the scene, possibly going back to his residence. He was wearing a black leather coat. Arrest made. Released on site.


10:47 a.m. – 911 hang up at Victim-Witness on Second Street. Reported static only. General services rendered.


4:04 p.m. – Traffic stop, officer initiated activity at S. Main Street and Martin Street. Warning.


4:07 p.m. – Extra patrol requested at a bed and breakfast while owner is on vacation. The location has a past history of moving vans showing up with orders to take large amounts of furniture, while she was on vacation the last time. Printed and faxed to LPD advising on duty units of extra patrol requested at the office. General services rendered.


6:33 p.m. – Problem with a subject at Library Park. A vendor was reported that was to pack up by 5 p.m. Has been asked to do so a few times and is there cooking now. Doesn’t appear to be leaving anytime soon. Caller needs to open roads back up and is unable.


6:57 p.m. – Boating activities on the lake at Lupoyoma Cove. A 15-foot rowboat was let loose by some juveniles no longer on scene. Floating approximately 100 meters offshore. General services rendered.


6:57 p.m. – Trespassing at Esplanade and Konocti Ave. Ongoing problems with juveniles trespassing on the beach. The same juveniles appeared to let loose a row boat in the bay. General services rendered. Will be checking the area for the juveniles.


8:16 p.m. – Vehicle code/other offenses. Caller reports female in silver mini van with four children may be headed to Nice while under the influence. Incident location was Clearlake Club Bar on North Main St. General services rendered.


9:40 p.m. – Public disturbance – 15 males and females in a physical fight at the apartments in Upper Lake. No weapons seen. Report taken.


9:51 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances. Caller's daughter told her that she stabbed her husband in Iowa or Cincinnati and took off for California and is now living with boyfriend. General services rendered.


10:21 p.m. – Juvenile problems. Daughter was in a verbal with family. Possibly drunk and on drugs, no weapons. Report taken.


11:54 p.m. – Problem with a subject – caller saw a man peeking through her bedroom window at back of residence, wearing all black. Her dog ran toward the front of the house toward a field. General services rendered.
